Site analysis and visual assessment

    Once engaged, Tír will conduct a visual site analys through a site inspection. This involves reviewing the proposed locations existing conditions which includes the vegetation, terrain, and existing buildings, appraising the site orientation, weather, noise, water, and soil. The significant conditions on site are analysed and documented.
